Uganda and Russia held the technical session of the Third Uganda–Russia Intergovernmental Commission on Economic and Scientific-Technical Cooperation at Speke Resort Munyonyo, according to Nile Post. Delegations reviewed past agreements and discussed cooperation in trade, science, education, agriculture, energy, health and defence, with outcomes to feed into a new framework agreement.
