Unknown attackers slash eight cows of NRM village chairperson and LC1 chairperson in Mubende

According to Nile Post, unknown attackers slashed eight cows belonging to a village NRM chairperson and the local LC1 chairperson in Katambogo Village, Kigando Sub-county, Mubende District. Wamala Region police spokesperson Lameck Kigozi said residents linked the attack to local political rivalry and that the cattle keeper had previously been threatened by political opponents; police are investigating.
