UPDF and police seal roads near Bulange Mengo ahead of Bobi Wine visit, affecting Kabaka's convoy

According to ChimpReports, the UPDF and police closed and diverted roads around Bulange Mengo ahead of a visit by NUP presidential candidate Robert Kyagulanyi (Bobi Wine), who had been invited by Katikkiro Charles Peter Mayiga, and the blockade affected the Kabaka's convoy. Speaking later at Wankulukuku, Kyagulanyi condemned the blockade as impunity, while the Katikkiro urged security forces not to use bullets, tear gas and batons during the election period.
