Busia District Health Officer allegedly offers journalists money to drop story, threatens arrest

According to The Independent, Busia District Health Officer Dr Willis Syongola asked journalists not to publish the story about unpaid allowances in exchange for money. When they declined, the report says, he left his office threatening to call police to arrest them.
