Ebola outbreak declared after death of Congolese patient treated at Kibuli Hospital

The Daily Monitor reports that the World Health Organisation declared an Ebola outbreak the previous week after a Congolese national who had been receiving Ebola treatment at Kibuli Hospital died. All contacts of the patient were reported to have been isolated for monitoring.
