FDC candidate Nandala Mafabi heckled and confronted by residents in Rukungiri

FDC presidential candidate Nathan Nandala Mafabi addressed a small crowd near the bus and taxi park in Rukungiri Town, where passersby heckled party leaders, accusing them of a role in Kizza Besigye's detention, ChimpReports reports. When he went to open the district party office on Rubabo Road, some residents demanded he leave, and heated exchanges nearly turned physical before his team left for Kanungu. Mafabi denied any role in Besigye's arrest.
