Francis Mukoome Lukooya sworn in as Mukono District chairperson with new councillors at Namagunga

NTV Uganda reports that Francis Mukoome Lukooya and several newly elected councillors took their oaths of office at Namagunga Primary School. According to the report, the council he now leads is largely made up of National Unity Platform councillors.
