Mukono High Court rules six videos inadmissible in Bbaale County election petition

Justice Philip Mwaka of the High Court in Mukono ruled that six video recordings filed by petitioner Arthur Kiiza in his petition against Charles Tebandeke over the Bbaale County election were inadmissible, finding their authenticity and chain of custody had not been established under the Electronic Transactions Act. The court said the videos could still be presented later through the proper evidentiary process and allowed other parties to have them forensically tested.
