Health minister Jane Ruth Aceng leads NRM procession through Lira city to celebrate Museveni's nomination

Health minister Jane Ruth Aceng led NRM supporters on a procession through Lira city, from Uhuru Bar roundabout to Lira Golf Course, to celebrate the nomination of President Museveni as a presidential candidate, The Observer reported. She urged supporters to vote for Museveni and to observe the Ministry of Health's COVID-19 guidelines. The paper noted that police and the Electoral Commission had warned aspirants against holding processions because of the coronavirus.
