Health workers and VHTs camp at Busia district headquarters over unpaid cholera vaccination allowances

Health workers and Village Health Team members who took part in an oral cholera vaccination exercise in Busia municipality went to the district headquarters with bed sheets, saying they would stay until paid their allowances. According to The Independent, some said they were told at the District Health Officer's office that the money had been lost.
