According to ChimpReports, Jinja Chief Magistrate Kyomuhangi Happy Anne ordered police at Nalufenya to release Kampala mayoral aspirant Nabilah Nagayi Sempala and nine others unconditionally, or charge them in court. The court proceeded ex parte after the Attorney General, though served, sent no representative.
