Kammengo voters refuse to vote for district councillor after party symbols mixed up on ballot, Mpigi

Voters in Kammengo Sub-county refused to vote in the direct district councillor race after the ballot paired the NUP candidate's name with the wrong party symbol. The NRM candidate told the Daily Monitor that EC officials had apologised and promised a fresh election in the area.
