Local Government Minister reports nine ghost workers at Naiku Health Centre III, Mbale

During an unannounced inspection, Minister of Local Government Balaam Barugahara said only three of 19 paid staff had reported for duty at Naiku Health Centre III and that nine of the absent workers did not exist but were drawing salaries. He said he had collected documents to verify against the District Health Officer's records and that those involved would be arrested.
