Masaka High Court sets hearing date for Nalubowa petition against Woman MP Nameere

At a pretrial conference before Justice Bernard Namanya, the Masaka High Court set 22 September for the hearing of NUP candidate Rose Nalubowa's petition challenging the election of NRM's Justine Nameere as Masaka City Woman MP. Nalubowa's lawyers said they want the court to determine whether the recount that gave Nameere victory was lawfully conducted.
