Minister Barugahara's inspection of Naiku Health Centre III in Mbale reports nine alleged ghost workers

During an impromptu inspection led by Local Government Minister Balaam Barugahara Ateenyi, only three of 19 staff on the government payroll at Naiku Health Centre III were found at work, and nine ghost workers were allegedly uncovered, according to ChimpReports. The minister ordered investigations into suspected payroll fraud.
