Minister Ester Mbayo says government is investigating conduct of some security personnel, at Masaka retreat

Minister for the Presidency Ester Mbayo, opening a retreat for RDCs, DISOs and NRM district chairpersons from greater Masaka at Hotel Brovad, said the government was investigating some security personnel. She said intelligence reports pointed to sabotage within security circles and alleged that some officers had looked on during the previous week's protests over Robert Kyagulanyi's arrest in Luuka.
