NUP's Rose Nalubowa petitions High Court against Masaka City Woman MP recount outcome

Rose Nalubowa has asked the High Court to nullify the Masaka recount and set aside the declaration of Justine Nameere as Woman MP, according to ChimpReports. Her lawyer Samuel Muyizzi argued that the Chief Magistrate erred by exceeding the four-day limit, holding the recount over a weekend and declaring a winner despite excluding 10 tampered ballot boxes.
