Police arrest NUP candidate Muhammad Ssegirinya outside Nalufenya detention centre in Jinja

ChimpReports reports that police in Jinja arrested Muhammad Ssegirinya, the NUP parliamentary candidate for Kawempe North, as he tried to speak to the press outside the Nalufenya police detention centre. He was among NUP leaders and reporters waiting outside the facility where party president Robert Kyagulanyi was being held.
