Police block presidential candidate Nancy Kalembe's campaign meeting at Kakindu stadium, Jinja

According to ChimpReports, police in Jinja cordoned off Kakindu stadium, told people to leave and stopped presidential candidate Nancy Kalembe from holding her first campaign meeting in the city. Jinja District Police Commander Ahmed Asunira said she first had to harmonise her programme with the Electoral Commission. She was then driven to the district Electoral Commission offices for a closed-door meeting.
