Police pepper-spray FDC candidate Patrick Amuriat and teargas supporters in Kiryandongo District

According to ChimpReports, police led by Kiryandongo DPC Joseph Bakaleke tried to stop a procession of Forum for Democratic Change presidential candidate Patrick Oboi Amuriat's supporters, and an unidentified officer pepper-sprayed Amuriat. Later, in Kiryandongo town, police dispersed supporters with teargas and escorted Amuriat to the border with Masindi.
