Six people convicted in Parish Development Model extortion cases in Kiryandongo

ChimpReports reports that after complaints of PDM mismanagement and extortion raised in Kiryandongo in December 2025, police found 14 cases under investigation in Panyadoli Sub-county. According to the report, two of the cases have been concluded with the conviction of six people, while the rest remain before court.
