President Museveni holds NRM campaign rally in Mbale, ending his Bugisu tour

According to The Independent, President Yoweri Museveni ended his campaign tour of the Bugisu sub-region with a rally for Mbale City and District, where he listed government projects in roads, electricity, water and education. He told residents to reject sectarian politics and said anyone who tried to disturb the peace would be dealt with.
