Rukungiri High Court adjourns Ingrid Turinawe's election petition against Lt Gen Henry Tumukunde to October 6

According to ChimpReports, Rukungiri High Court adjourned to 6 October the petition by Ingrid Turinawe (PFF) against Rukungiri Municipality MP Lt Gen Henry Tumukunde and the Electoral Commission. The court directed Turinawe to file one consolidated affidavit in place of 64 by 21 September, and gave Tumukunde until 30 September to respond. Outside court, Turinawe said she had faced intimidation and threats to make her drop the case.
