According to UNEB spokesperson Jennifer Kalule Musamba, a school director and two teachers were arrested at a hotel in Lira City after allegedly offering Shs1 million to an examination scout assigned to supervise PLE in Oyam District. She said police recovered the money and the suspects are being investigated under the UNEB Act.
