Three arrested in Lira over alleged attempt to bribe UNEB scout for early access to PLE papers in Oyam

According to UNEB executive director Dan Odongo, security teams arrested three people, including the director of Atura Community Day Primary School in Oyam, at a hotel in Lira after a tip-off that they had offered Shs 1 million to a UNEB scout to get early access to Primary Leaving Examination papers. Odongo said the money was recovered and the suspects would be charged under the UNEB Act.
