UNEB finds no record of Samia Bugwe South candidate Bwire Robert Ngwabe's academic papers, Busia

According to the Daily Monitor, UNEB Executive Director Dan Odongo replied to a Busia voter and lawyer that the board had no record of a candidate named Bwire Robert Ngwabe under the index numbers he had submitted at nomination, and had found a different name among other inconsistencies. The lawyer had asked the Busia District Elections Administrator to verify the candidates' academic documents and wrote to UNEB on 3 November. He said Ngwabe had used fake documents.
